The 20-year old Got2b brand needed to reinvent itself. After years of success in the haircare market, Got2b decided to take aim at a more youthful fashion-conscious audience…specifically the highly sought after and competitive millennial market. Recent research proved that the spa segment was growing rapidly, and in parallel with the rise of the millennial consumer. In addition, this budget conscious segment was flooded with “luxury” products that were simply out of reach. A clear opportunity existed to provide an affordable at-home spa treatment line that millennials could afford. A lively, youthful voice was added to the Got2b Spa brand that spoke to the millennial consumer. A bright color system made it easy for consumers to engage with Got2b Spa products by mixing and matching different treatments. Combined with key visuals across all brand communication, Got2b Spa created a core brand point of differentiation. The simplicity of the design made it easy to go to market quickly and keep up with the hot market trends in this category. Today, Got2B Spa has over 30 product offerings on retails shelves
